Choices

Choices are something which all of us have to make in some point of our lives. When we come at the end of a lane and notice that now this road divides into two other roads, we are bound to make a choice there. A small instance is when our 10th std passed outs have to make a choice between science and commerce. Their rest of the life depends upon the choice they make right ?

Similarly there is no such term called right or wrong in the choices we make, we choose our paths as per our fate. Something that is bound to happen cannot be changed, be it good or bad. There is no point in cursing your fate for the choices made. If a fate could be changed that easily then why would Lord Krishna let Mahabharata happen.

Friends, If the lane you chose has a lot of speed breakers and bad road conditions then just think that you are learning to drive in tough situations. An education which not everyone gets easily. Such bad conditions make you a stronger person from within. But there's one thing which you should never lose in this journey, and that is patience.

Patience helps you cross the worst situations with ease. God is never cruel to anyone, if he has given you a tough time then it is to make you a better person. He is getting you ready for a smooth life ahead. So never question the almighty of why is he giving you so much pain because everything has a reason behind it.

Most importantly learn to live in the present and leave the rest in the hands of god. Do your karam and move on. Don't talk ill about anyone who hurt your feelings, because if they have done something wrong then they can't escape their karma. They will pay for whatever they have done. Just enjoy the present moment, because you will never know how your life turns in the next moment. Today everything might seem so beautiful, but maybe tomorrow your life might take a 360 degree U turn. So never curse your choices and fate but learn something good from the path given to you.

I might sound philosophical right ?

You might wonder of how is it possible to not blame our fate for the mishaps in our lives. How can we control the same?

I know, it's tough to believe and follow this path but not impossible. For which, you have to make sure that you first attain control over all your emotions like anger, fear, attachment, expectations, jealousy, greed, ego, pride and possessiveness. Only if you overcome your negatives, you will understand the crux behind everything happening in your life. You can take the tough situations of your life in a positive manner. Lord Krishna explains the same in the chapter 3 and 4 of bhagavat gita ( karma yog and gyan karma sanyasa yog).

Some might now even feel that all this is rubbish? Some of you might not prefer to read also but there will come a point in life when you will realise the same.

The fact is simple, that we face the consequences for whatever we do. And we don't face it in our next janam( birth) , like people otherwise say. Everything happens in your present existence itself , be it a good or bad result. So yes, our misdeeds are not carried forward. Boldly make your choices and don't fear the results. If you have made a wrong choice then be strong enough to face the tough situation as well. Give up is never an option, because zindagi ka chakra badlega ek din ( the wheel of life will change one day).

Life is not always a bed of roses and Lilly or life is not always a bed of thorns as well.

Apna time aayega ( My time will come)
